1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Wallet Bot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Wallet Bot is a web-based application that provides tools for trading tokens on the Solana blockchain. Features include automated trading signals, wallet tracking, pattern detection, and trade execution through third-party decentralized exchanges. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. The Service may not be available in all regions.

4. Wallet Connection & Security

To use the Service, you must connect a compatible Solana wallet. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• All activities that occur through your connected wallet
• Keeping your seed phrase and passwords confidential
• Verifying all transaction details before approval

We never have access to your private keys and cannot recover lost funds.

5. Fees

The Service charges fees on trades executed through the platform:

• Free Tier: 2.4% fee on each trade
• Pro Subscription: 1% fee on each trade

Additional network fees (gas) and DEX fees may apply and are separate from our fees. All fees are non-refundable.

6. Features & Access

All features of Wallet Bot are currently available to all users at no additional cost. We reserve the right to modify available features at any time.

7. Risk Disclaimer

By using the Service, you acknowledge:

• Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile
• You may lose some or all of your investment
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Trading signals and patterns are not financial advice
• Automated trading carries additional risks
• "Rug pulls" and scams are common in DeFi
• Smart contract bugs and exploits can result in losses

8. No Financial Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information provided is for informational purposes only. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions. We do not recommend any specific tokens, investments, or trading strategies.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Jupiter Aggregator for trade execution
• Solana RPC providers for blockchain data
• DexScreener for market data
• Various wallet providers

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of these third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use bots or scripts to abuse the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WALLET BOT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, TRADING LOSSES, TECHNICAL FAILURES, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wallet Bot, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

13. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or discontinuation.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Wallet Bot and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

16. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wallet Bot operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

17. Severability
